Isn’t it amazing that you can live with something all of your life and never really see what’s been under your nose all along?
For some reason I live in a place called Cleethorpes and not far from my house is the meridian line. Here are a few facts about it;
The meridian line is where east meets west in a universal time zone.GMT was originally set-up to aid naval navigation when the globe started to open up with the discovery of the "New World" (America) in the fifteenth Century. http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/info/gmt.htm
